Reviewing all documents and service records to create a presentable history.

Initiating the auction or ad on the site that we choose to sell.

Communicating with potential buyers on the auction or sellers site.

Helping to arrange payment and shipping between you and the buyer.

Accepting payment from the buyer of your car.

Signing or holding the title.

Any travel and incidental expenses needed get your car listed.

Any guarantee that your car will sell or meet the auction reserve successfully.

I am acting as an assistant and qualified person to help you with the process of selling your car.  I am not a dealer or consigner.  You are only hiring me to represent you online.

The information I am using to present your car comes from you.  The authenticity of your documentation is your responsibility.

Payment is due when the auction or online ad has ended and is not contingent on a successful sale.  If the sale falls through for any reason you will still be responsible for payment.
